Brian is an awesome guide and instructor he knows his horses and has a great sense of humor. Very knowledgeable about the the horses and their personalities. Great fun time for the whole family and everyone to enjoy. Try them out if you don't then you are missing you! It was a whole experience from the ostrich and goats to the pigs running around. They have it all. Awesome staff and great well treated horses. If you are going to go anywhere go here! Thank you! New to the area and I am an experienced rider and love this place I'm going to be returning often! And bring many friends.
Amazing people, service and well cared for animals. Our guide made sure we received our money's worth on the trail ride and we all had a fabulous time. The Dancing Ostrich was a pleasant, hilarious addition to our day. We will be returning again soon.
I won't be going back. They advertise that they offer training or that they could train your horse. I wouldn't have them train my horse because they don't even train the ones they have. If you go make sure you saddle is actually tightened correctly. It wasn't for me. They don't see an issue with the horse NOT listening to you and taking off back to the "stable" they have (really they are pens). Not only are the horses not trained, it doesn't appear the staff is either.
Please give your money to an establishment that actually cares about their animals! You would think that after a hurricane and trails that no longer exist, for the ANIMALS sake- they would close up. Once again, for the safety of the animals.i felt terrible out there riding those horses in those conditions on obviously very tired horses. And whatever you do- don’t pay the extra money for a gated horse because those are the only horses they’ll give you anyways because the others are absolutely horrible. I will say that Dave on the phone was extremely nice and helpful but he was no where to be found when we actually got there and the people we did interact with were extremely unprofessional, never on the same page, bickering like children, talking about each other in front of 5 costumers. The water on the trails (after hurricane IRMA) was at least 2+ feet deep with branches down everywhere! But of course they won’t tell you that before you get there. None of the animals had clean water dishes, a lot of them didn’t even have water...and sadly you can tell ALL these animals were left out in the hurricane with absolutely no shelter to hide from the brutal storm.. ive never written a bad review before but I can’t believe these people are still in Buisness!. If it weren’t for Dave on the phone who actually made it sound like he really cared about those animals & establishment , and I had talked to one of the others - I can promise I wouldn’t have gone( SO RUDE!!!!).. which is probably why Dave is the only one to ever answer the phone.
Nice horses and trails. We had a good guide who was able to pair us well with our horses. Definitely not "fancy" but a good place for a horse lover. Petting zoo is a lot of fun.
Never going back. I hope everyone who reads this decides to take my word for it before they go and are highly disappointed
