The staff at this funeral home are absolutely amazing! After quite a debacle at another funeral home they help my family through the hardest time of our lives!! Tony, Adam, and Janice are all just wonderful and down to earth! Adam even stayed late the night before and as if that wasn't enough he even worked on his day off to ensure that the music and video tribute went off without a hitch! Highly recommend! After visiting the 5 funeral homes in Sun City Center, I was convinced that they were overcharging. Thank God, my mother suggested Zipperer's! Their prices were in line with reality; I was not paying for "chi-chi" unnecessary features. Their service was absolutely unmatched. I received their full attention, with genuine warmth and understanding. I was given all the time I needed, with expert help for the particulars of the service I was looking for. I left feeling confident that I had met all my mother's requests and that she would be exceptionally pleased.
Nine years later when my mother died, I brought my sister along to the funeral home so that she could see all the details we had decided on. The woman who assisted us made sure every detail matched what was recorded when the service was planned back in 2004. Wonderful!
