6/21/17 Old lady Gretchen the staff @ south shore made me feel unacknowledged and unimportant. I sat quietly for 29 mins waiting to be called but was skipped over multiple times before I asked why at exactly 2:30pm She blamed it on me not paying attention but when I asked why wasn't it on the overhead screen she switched her excuse to saying that she can't help me that only the main courthouse could give me a print out of child support payment history. She wasn't terrible to other's but discriminating against Blacks is WRONG. She should be addressed for her gross behavior.

Both times I've been in there we for my wedding license and certificate. The staff was really friendly and there was literally no line. I went in the morning, maybe that's the key to it...
