I have been renting with Enterprise for 10+ years. This location provides impeccable service, from top to bottom. Every staff member is friendly, courteous and efficient at their job. The manager, Shannon, provides excellent customer service! In the past, I rented from Montgomery and Tallahassee locations, both don’t come close to how great the Sun City location is operated.
Requested to be picked up at home and Customer Service Rep came on time, a little earlier. He made a nice appearance and was polite. Office staff very efficient and expedited all paper work quickly. Auto rented, both times was clean and easy to operate. Great that they have a drop off key service. I recommend this branch highly.

We have used the Enterprise location at Sun City Center several times and have always been very pleased. As a somewhat out of the way location they do not always have the car we ordered-when that happens they always upgrade us to the next level-unlike some other companies with whom we've done business over the years who attempt to get us into a smaller car. The people are lovely and seem really interested in doing an excellent job for their customers. We would highly recommend them.
